Latching Speed Adjustment Valve
• Conveniently located on front of the door closer body - for ease of
adjustment.
• Captive latching speed valve for fine tuning of latch closing speed. Independent
of closing speed.
• Latching range 0-15 degrees.
Closing Speed Adjustment Valve
• Conveniently located on front of the door closer body - for ease of
adjustment.
• Captive closing speed valve for adjustment of door closing speed fast-slow.
• Closing range 15 - 180 degrees.
Backcheck Valve
• Adjustable backcheck captive valve for cushioning effect upon opening
of door.
• Standard on whole range of 3200 Series.
• Backcheck range 70-180 degrees.
Power Adjustment Screw
• Captive screw for adjustment for increasing (clockwise) and
decreasing (anti clockwise turn), of closing power (not speed) of the
unit.
• Closing power 2-5 (see chart).
Delayed Action
All 3200 Series has delayed action as standard feature.
Mechanism and Case
• Rack and pinion hydraulic controlled piston, power adjustable
(2-5), high purity aluminum body
• Reversible for left or right-handed doors.
• Backcheck standard in all 3200 Series
Approved for fire door assemblies in accordance
with Aust. Std. AS 1905.1.1997 - Fire Resistant Door Sets.
Spindle Cap
Spindle Cap supplied to cover spindle exposed to view, colour complementing

3200 Series Door Closer with cover plate
Optional cover plate with matching mounting bracket and arm assembly.
Specific door closers can also be ordered with

and arm assembly, available in Satin Stainless Steel (SS)*, Polished Stainless
Steel (PS)* or
Polished Brass (PB).
(Hold open versions with cover plate are only
available in SS finish at this stage).
Satin Stainless Steel cover is supplied with
silver mounting bracket and arm assembly. Polished Stainless Steel cover
is supplied with chrome plated mounting bracket and arm assembly.
